Knowledge
We have the necessary knowledge to provide our customers with good service. After delivery, we instruct everyone involved in long-term and efficient use of the equipment. To optimize your user knowledge, we occasionally organize workshops together with our distributors or come by for demonstrations and training.
Service
A hospital or healthcare institution is often a very complex organization in which properly functioning equipment is of vital importance. We are a partner of many hundreds of hospitals, healthcare institutions and smaller private individuals in the Benelux, Germany, Ireland, Switzerland, Austria and New Zealand. We not only sell and install the Simple Up, but also provide service on this system. Good service and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.
Service agreement
We offer you the option to conclude a service agreement for one or more devices. This means that you are assured of well-maintained equipment for a fixed amount per year and prevents unforeseen costs. The price, duration and content are tailored to your wishes in consultation and can be adjusted in consultation.
Service request
Are you experiencing problems with your Simple Up? We will first see if we can solve the problem for you remotely. If this is not the case, we ask you to provide a complaint description with an order by e-mail. We will then send a service technician as soon as possible to solve the problem.
Quality management
Quality and targeted service are central within the Melius Pro organization. To achieve this, a management system has been set up that meets the standard requirements.

As a company we are affiliated with the Open Foundation. This foundation is committed to the proper and responsible collection and recycling of discarded electronic equipment.
